Registration FAQ

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the session. Within 14 days, you can transfer your seat to a colleague or move to a future session at no charge.

What should I bring?

A Windows laptop with admin access (you can install software), your charger, and a pen. The laptop should be the machine you use for work every day.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Soren Frederiksen never sees or stores your card details.

What happens after I register?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately, followed by a short questionnaire to help us tailor the course to your business. A pre-course setup guide arrives one week before your session.
