I build the systems that put AI to work.

I started in enterprise tech in 1988 and never left. Over 30+ years I have built, sold, and scaled software companies across healthcare, process mining, and AI -- with three successful exits along the way.

Most recently I was CTO and co-founder of mindzie, an AI-powered process mining platform that helped organizations discover inefficiencies in their operations through event-log analysis and machine learning. We built it, grew it, and exited successfully.

I have been working with AI since 1995, starting with expert systems and neural networks, through natural language processing, and now large language models and agentic development. Today I build tools like CC Director and CC Tools -- an open-source ecosystem that lets AI agents write, test, and deploy production code.

I still build every day -- and I teach what I have learned. My workshops give business owners the hands-on skills to put AI agents to work in their own organizations, and my developer training covers the CenCon Method for production-grade agentic development. Every attendee leaves with real tools, real workflows, and lifetime access to the community.
